Balcony 11 m2, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Garage space n 15 (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed. In the centre of Villars, 600 m from the centre of Villars, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area. Private: with lawn. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use). Room cleaning on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 800 m, grocery 700 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Villars" 800 m, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 19 km.
