Balcony 10 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. In the district of Spiss 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Stepped path (82 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant, bakery 650 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house.
