"Rosi (SOE300)", 3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2 levels. Apartment house "Rosi & Lore".
Practical furnishings: kitchen-/living room (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The appartment is not closed off by a door to the staircase. In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Solden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 600 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Mountain railway 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to approx. Easter 4 trips daily to the mountain gondola and back. In both semi-detached houses, single rooms on the ground floor, the basement floor and on the first floor are rented out separately. In house "Lore" the separate WC on the first floor is for shared use with guests staying in these rooms.
