What we offer
Our new website has been designed with the independent holidaymaker in mind. It contains detailed listings of privately owned alpine accommodation, up to date travel information, resort guides and much more. In fact everything a visitor will need to effortlessly plan their next alpine holiday all from the convenience of one user friendly site.
However we would like to stress here, that we are more than just a website. Many of the online companies that you may see listing alpine properties are little more than accommodation directories, with little or no support, relying exclusively on the internet for leads.

Simply Alpine are different. We actively market on your behalf via various different media including, attending trade shows (NEC Global Snow Show), and printed publications (Where to Ski & Snowboard book) not to mention of course our client database from our days as a travel agent. We also have a good working relationship with many walking and cycling clubs throughout the UK, members who regularly organise group events to the alpine regions of Europe during the summer months.
We feel that our background in the travel industry has given us a unique position from which to advise and offer guidance to our clients (your potential visitors) offering them an unrivalled level of customer service and helping them plan their next alpine break. We understand their holiday needs and requirements and will work with the property owners to match these requirements with suitable properties from our portfolio.
When you decide to join our increasing portfolio of properties, the whole process is very simple and straight forward. You will create your own webpage online and submit it for review within minutes. We will then review and activate your account (usually within 48 hours), so you can start to receive those enquiries as soon as possible.

Q. How can Simply Alpine help me promote my business?
A. We have several promotional methods in place. The main method is via the internet, but we also advertise using the printed media, directory advertising, cycling/walking clubs, attend trade shows & mail shot newsletters to our subscribers. We are constantly working to promote our product and benefit our clients.
Q. What are the benefits to customers?
A. As well as an informative, easy to browse website that’s packed full with useful information, we offer the holiday pinboard for those who prefer to receive recommendations. The quick search facility allows them to search generally or we have an advanced search facility, which allows them to select exactly what they want, and helping to get you the targeted genuine enquiries you need. Our website also details weather, flights, ferries, transfers and resort information.
Q. What account features do I get for my listing fee?
A. The two different listing options are subscription or pay-as-you-go. Each have there own features and benefits which are detailed in the table below. If you are undecided which would be best for your circumstances please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Q. What if I have more than one property?
A. For those choosing our annual subscription option, we offer great discounts for second and subsequent properties. Each property will have its own separate listing and will benefit from all the usual account features as normal. Please see the table below for what multiple property discounts apply.

Q. I have a pay-as-you-go account - how many credits will I be charged?
A. Our pay-as-you-go option lets you buy prepaid credits that are valid for 1 year. This grants you a full listing on our website for the duration of time that you are in credit, and you are then deducted these prepaid credits for any activity or special offers you post, any pinboard responses you make or any customer enquiries generated. The table below details our pay-as-you-go tariff.

Q. I feature both summer and winter - Will this make any difference to my webpage?
A. Both seasons are displayed on the website and the customer can easily access the relevant resort information from your webpage.
Q. Is there a limit to the amount of photos or information contained on my webpage?
A. We have a standard format that your webpage will follow, and whilst we do adhere guidelines on what we deem is and isn't acceptable, we are none the less flexible with wording and additional information so that no details are left out. There is space for you to upload upto 11 good quality photos of the inside and outside of the property which will help sell it to the browsing customer. We do ask that for consistency the main image is an external shot of the property.
Q. What if I am running some special offers?
A. That's great! We encourage you to have special offers on your webpage, and we also display these offers in the dedicated Special offers section of our website, giving your business more coverage. This part of the service is free to all subscription accounts and a chargeable event to pay-as-you-go customers.
Q. What is the minimum enquiry guarantee?
A. For those chalet owners that have bought an annual subscription with us we offer a 25 enquiry guarantee. This means that if at the end of your annual subscription period you have not received at least 25 customer enquiries, your property will remain on our website's free of charge until you do. We can't say fairer than that. Please note that this guarantee is only offered on the annual subscription tariff, and terms & conditions apply.
Q. Do all of the enquiries come from one website?
A. That depends on where your property is located. If your property is in France, Austria, Italy or Switzerland you will also feature on at least one of our sister website's free of charge. Our stable of additional website's are more specifically search engine optimised, and intended to showcase your property in a more seasonal and location specific manner, helping you get more targeted enquiries. Since their introduction in 2008 they have proved to be a valuable source of extra leads.

A. For those chalet owners that intend to purchase an annual subscription with us and also have there own website, we offer you the chance to get an extra 3 months free (15 months for the price of 12), if you add a link to Simply Alpine from your website.
