We are a specialist independent travel marketing company, that offer business and accommodation owners the opportunity to advertise their services and products directly through our website to the general public. Our products are specific to the holiday industry operating in the alpine regions of Europe and North America. We hope to provide the visitor with an informative, helpful aid in organising their independent winter or summer holiday.

Q. How do you operate?

A. We offer businesses that operate in the alpine travel sector the opportunity to advertise their products and services on our website, and subsequently introduce them to you the customer. All sales transactions will be between you and the business owners direct.

Q. How can Simply Alpine help me, the holidaymaker?

A. As well as an informative easy to browse website, that's packed full with useful information, we have staff on hand ready to help you with your holiday plans should you need it. Please just complete the contact form, and we'll reply shortly.

Q. I'm unsure of which resort or property, can you help me?

A. Yes, our staff have a wealth of experience in the alpine travel sector and can offer information in addition to that which feature on our website. Please follow the links to our 'contact us' page and complete the enquiry form. One of our travel consultants will then contact you shortly.

Q. I don't have the time to look at the choice of accommodation, can you email me some ideas?

A. Certainly, just complete the enquiry form with your requirements on our 'contact us' page and we will endeavour to find you some suitable properties that match your criteria.

Q. I'm really unsure of how to put together my own itinerary, can you help me?

A. Yes, please contact us via email, and let us know what type of holiday you want and we will email you back some ideas.

Q. I've found some accommodation that I like, how do I book?

A. On each accommodation page you have the opportunity to contact the owner direct, by phone, fax or email. Should you experience any problems with this method, please contact us via the form straight away.

Q. I have contacted the owner direct, but had no response.

A. This would be unusual as all of the owners are keen to hear from you. However there may be a communication problem, so please let us know straight away and we will contact the owner, see if your original contact has been received, then chase up your enquiry. To aid us in this task, please ensure you provide us with as much detail of your enquiry as possible.

Q. What happens now I've booked my holiday?

A. All your dealings will now be direct with the owner or company that you booked with. But please remember that we can offer advice on all those holiday extras, so please feel free to contact us at any time should you require additional services.

Q. I've booked my holiday, but lost the contact details, can you help me?

A. Yes. Just contact us via the form, and we will put you back in touch.

Q. I'm due to go in a couple of weeks, but haven't received any details, what shall I do?

A. Please contact the owner or company direct. Should you have lost the contact details, we can put you back in touch again.

Q. I'd like to book something for next year, but the prices are not out.

A. If you see something you like, please contact the owner or us via the form, and we may be able to help you. Or we will notify you of when they are due out.

Q. I've just come back from holiday, would you like some feedback?
