Description
This functional and compact holiday home in Isorakka is located only 3km away from Levi Center. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Renovation was carried out in this row house apartment in 2019 during which toilet, bahtroom and sauna was completely renew. Due to it's great location the apartment offers excellent possibilities for active and versatile holiday. During winter season the cross-country skiing tracks can be found within 200m from the apartment. In addition skibus running close by takes skiers to the closest slopes in few minutes and to Levi Center in about 15minutes. By car the center can be reached in few minutes. Various outdoor trails go close by in snowless season. You can reach for example track going around Levi fell in only few minutes. By rental or your own bike the various services of Levi center can be reached in ten minutes. Well-behaved pets are warmly welcome! Downstairs of the apartment offers a cozy living area with a nice little fireplace. Spacious kitchen makes it easy to cook for a bigger group of holiday goers. All tenants can also easily fit around the dining table. Bedroom downstairs has two single beds and some storage space for holiday clothes. Also bahtroom, sauna and a separate toilet are downstairs. Open layout balcony has two separate beds and a fold out couch. There is one parking space reserved for the apartment. Also at the entrance a locked outdoor storage can be found.
