Fully renovated cabin with amenities by the Ounasjoki river. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".

About 30 km distance to Levi and Yllasjarvi. From here, it is convenient to visit both resorts. Spacious cooking hut and rowing boat available, hot tub and smoke sauna for rent. Pets are allowed for an extra fee, 40 e/pet. 140 km to the north from Rovaniemi, 13 km to the south from Kittila municipality center, in Kaukos area by the Ounasjoki river (25 m). Width of the river is 120 m at the cabin, deep beach in natural state, gravel bottom, rowing boat available for an extra charge from the owner. Wooden house, built in 1960, renovated and modernized in 2021. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen with sofa bed, sauna, washroom and WC. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, upstairs lobby with 1 bed, walk-in closet, WC also upstairs. Terrace on the river side. Large cooking hut with electricity. Garage. In addition, a transportable hot tub and smoke sauna can be rented from the owner, which is located on the cabin's plot. Three-phase power supply allows you to charge an electric car (no actual charging station). The neighboring cabin is an occasionally used fishing cabin. The distance to the actual neighbor is about 120 m. There is a shooting range nearby, distance is about 1.5 km. Ounasjoki river is great for fishing enthusiasts. There are grayling, trout, whitefish and pike in the river. Ounasjoki has joint permit area (www.ounasjoki.fi). Small game hunting opportunity on the owner’s land. 1000 ha of hunting areas are available, permits from the owner. Opportunity also for pheasant and duck hunting on the pond. In addition, the owner has meat processing (vacuuming, meat grinder) and freezing facilities. Wild boar meat available as fresh, canned, smoked and sausage. Small game hunting area on state owned lands: 2613 Maunu and 2612 Levi, well reachable (www.eraluvat.fi). Sarestoniemi museum on the other side of the river, the distance is 2.5 km along the river (about 18 km along the road). In winter, the nearest maintained ski trail starts from Saresto leading to both Yllas and Levi. The owner makes a connecting trail from the cabin to the Saresto ski trail. Services of Kittila municipality center 13 km.
