Apartment hotel located 165 km north of Rovaniemi, in the Yllasjarvi village near the Sport Resort Yllas. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".


Built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, one sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (top bed 80 cm wide, bottom bed 120 cm wide), electric sauna, washing room, separate toilet. In addition: Common ski maintenance room, apartment specific storage, wireless broadband connection. PS2 console ( no games). Apartment is situated in 3 rd floor. View over Yllasjarvi village. During winter seasons 2022-2023, the price includes 2 lift tickets. The lift tickets are returned together with the apartment keys to key service. If lift tickets are lost or not returned to the key service after the rental is over, the customer will be charged €50.00/ticket for ticket renewal. Good quality Ski In- Ski Out apartment located in the Yllasjarvi village Iso-Yllas area. The apartment is situated near the gondola lift and Restauran Taiga. Slopes, skiing tracks, hiking routes and night-time activities are easily accesible from the apartment. No pets allowed. Prices include final cleaning and bed linen (beds made).
