Electric heating, oil heating. 2 balconies, south-west facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI. In the district of Le Lavachet, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.2 km from the lake, 150 m from the skiing area, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar, bakery, cafe 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, park "Stationnement Tignes Lavachet" 180 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, chair lift, skisport facilities, slopes 150 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, ski-kindergarten 800 m. Nearby attractions: Ski Quick 40 m.
