Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. In the resort Losone, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district. Private: patio. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Ascona, Locarno, Brissago, Falconeria, Locarno, Mercato Cannobio IT, Intra IT, Mercato Luino IT, Ponte Tresa IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Monte Verita, Ronco s/Ascona - Brissago, Monte Bre, Cardada, Centovalli, Vallemaggia, Valle Osernone, Pizzo Leone. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra).
