Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Small balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Ascona, in a busy position, in the heart of the city, 20 m from the lake. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 500 m, public parking extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, cafe, pedestrian zone 20 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 350 m, railway station "SBB-CFF Locarno" 4 km, lake Promenade, Lago Maggiore 50 m. Walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Falconeria, Locarno, Swissminiatur, Melide, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Orta (Italien). Hiking paths: Valle Verzasca, Valle Maggia, Valle Onsernone, Centovalli etc. Please note: car not advisable.
